Information you give us
When you use the consultation form we receive your name, phone number, city or locality and service requirements, together with any optional email address, budget, timing and message you provide. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to plan and deliver your project. Netlify processes and stores form submissions for us. We may use configured email notifications and our lead records to manage follow-up.
Information collected automatically
Optional tracking is off until you allow it. You can select visit analytics and advertising measurement separately using . Your preference is stored on this device for up to 180 days. The consultation form works with essential features only.
Google Analytics is off unless you allow it in Privacy choices. If allowed, it measures visits, phone and WhatsApp link clicks and acknowledged enquiries. Advertising measurement allows Meta Pixel and any configured Google Ads tags. Meta may combine events with data it holds under its own privacy policy. Google Ads conversion measurement is not configured at this update. Names, phone numbers, email addresses and enquiry messages are not included in our analytics event payloads.
When optional measurement is allowed, campaign labels and referring website domains may be kept in session storage; advertising click identifiers are used only when advertising measurement is allowed. This source record expires after at most 30 days or earlier when the browser clears the session, and may accompany an enquiry. Essential-only enquiries still include the form page and a submission reference for delivery and duplicate handling. Turning off previously enabled tracking reloads this page and clears known measurement cookies and stored source details. Keep a copy of any unsent enquiry first.

When you choose a WhatsApp link, WhatsApp handles that conversation under its own terms and privacy policy. Hosting and form-delivery services may process operational request data needed to provide the site and deliver your enquiry.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your details. We share them only with people who need them to deliver your project — our own design, manufacturing and installation teams — and with the service providers named above.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we're in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you'd like us to delete your information, email intirium.designs@gmail.com or call +91 98992 60241 so we can review your request, subject to any records we need to retain for an ongoing project or other applicable obligations.
