A modular kitchen is a set of fitted cabinet units planned around your room, appliances and cooking habits. Intirium makes kitchen units at its Gurugram factory; the layout, surfaces, storage and installation scope are agreed for your project.

Board grade and edge sealing are selected for the intended location. Moisture resistance does not mean waterproof construction.

Hardware brand, model, quantity and functionality are specified per unit in the quotation.
Warranty
Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions and the claim process are confirmed for the specified components in your written quotation.

How much does an Intirium modular kitchen cost?
Intirium modular kitchens start at ₹1,400 per sq ft for laminate finishes, ₹1,600 per sq ft for acrylic and ₹1,800 per sq ft for PU finish. Starting rates exclude GST and are based on the measured area of material used. Material quantities, selected specifications and the final amount are itemised in your written quotation. Confirm the board and shutter specification, hardware model, installation and any countertops, appliances or civil work in the itemised quotation.
What warranty does Intirium give on a kitchen?
Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions and the claim process are confirmed for the specified components in your written quotation.
Which boards and hardware does Intirium use?
Board type, thickness, edge sealing and hardware are selected for each unit and itemised in the written quotation. Confirm the brand, model and any soft-close or lighting options before sign-off.
Does the kitchen design include appliances?
Layouts are planned around your appliances — built-in or freestanding — but appliances themselves are typically sourced separately unless agreed otherwise during consultation.
How long does a modular kitchen take, start to finish?
Lead time is quoted per project after site measurement and design sign-off, because it depends on layout size, the finish (PU needs spray and cure time that laminate doesn't) and the number of units. You receive a fixed timeline in writing with your quotation, and manufacturing happens entirely at Intirium's own Gurugram factory — see our full process.
Can I mix finishes — for example acrylic shutters with a quartz countertop?
Yes. Materials are chosen per surface, so shutters, countertops and hardware can each be specified independently to fit your design.
